I like to keep things simple. With my schedule never being the same from day to day, I needed to find a makeup routine that was simple & close to flawless.

My Everyday Natural Makeup routine

bareMinerals Original Foundation in Light | bareMinerals Stroke of Light Eye Brightener Luminous 2 | bareMinerals Brow Color in Dark Blonde/Medium Brown | Pixi Shea Butter Lip Balm in Natural Rose (it’s at Target too!) | bareMinerals Original Mineral Veil | Urban Decay Naked 2 Palate – Snakebite | Rimmel London Brow This Way in Clear | bareMinerals Blush in The Aphrodisiac

I always start with my bareMinerals foundation. I rarely use a primer, as my face oil is very moisturizing. A little foundation goes a long way & I apply in layers using the Tarte Airbuki Brush until I have the right amount of coverage. Next step: the holy grail of under eye brighteners.

Holy heck, I use this on its own & a swipe of lip balm on super lazy days. It makes me glow. I apply 3 strokes under my eye in an upside down triangle and gently tap into place with my ring finger and fully blend with a sponge.

I have tried so many eyebrow products. I can’t seem to get along with eyebrow pencils and I find a lot of the creams and gels too heavy. The perfect combo for me is a brow powder & clear brow mascara. Prior to using bareMinerals brow powder, I used the Merle Norman powder. I like both, but as I like one-stop-shopping bareMinerals wins. Plus, the customer service is amazing. I always finish my brows with the Rimmel clear brow gel to hold them & the powder in place.

Next, I apply blush. The Aphrodisiac is the perfect neutral shade that gives a lovely flush to my cheeks. It’s one of those colors that looks amazing on everyone and it’s really buildable.

I use the color Snakebite in the Naked 2 palate. It’s a rich brown that adds some depth to my eyes. I just do a quick swipe over my lids.

To finish my look off, I use the Pixi lip balm in Natural Rose. The color is smooth & moisturizing. Bonus: it doesn’t run or smear like some other colored lip balms. And of course, I add a light dusting of the mineral veil.

And that is it! What are your favorite makeup products? I’m always open to trying to things!

XO, Lauren
